Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing AuthSetu developer portals, or making API calls to our authentication infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Platform API Usage & Rate Limits

AuthSetu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to consume our REST & SDK APIs for user authentication and authorization:

• Rate Limits: API usage is subject to rate limiting per tier as specified in your active plan. Excessive requests exceeding limits may return HTTP 429 status codes.
• Prohibited Uses: You may not use AuthSetu services for malicious bot operations, spam distribution, unauthorized scanning, or credential harvesting.
• API Key Security: Developers are strictly responsible for maintaining secret key confidentiality. Do not commit secret keys to public source code repositories.

3. Uptime Commitment & Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We target 99.99% core API availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via our status page at authsetu.com/status. Enterprise plans include dedicated SLA guarantees and priority support dispatch.

4. Account Termination & Suspension

AuthSetu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security policies, engage in fraudulent verification activities, or fail to pay subscription invoices after due notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AuthSetu and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party service interruptions.
